Scotti has been in the business of wine for two decades, and in the business of people all his life. Working in restaurants to pay his way through college, he had an epiphany when his wine mentor let him taste a 1982 Chateau Leoville Las Cases. As Wine Director at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Houston, Texas, he developed the wine program and training that ultimately led to the Best Sommelier(s) award from Food and Wine Magazine.
Scotti’s career in wine grew to include a top sales position with Glazer’s distributing, and his talents in both sales and hospitality led to an opportunity to join Revana Family Vineyard in the Napa Valley in 2004 as host to their top clients. He later was asked to develop a hospitality program at Crocker & Starr Wines and Fisher Vineyards.
Scotti’s work has led to close relationships with winery owners, customers, concierges and all those who appreciate fine wines from the beautiful Napa Valley.
